Cancellation Policy

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
  • If cancelled within the 14 day period and the nights are re-booked, you will receive a refund for the nights that are re-booked less $50 administration fee.
  • The first night will be charged to the guest’s card at the time of booking, and the balance will be charged 14 days from arrival. If the guest cancels with at least 14 days notice the deposit will be refunded.
  • We accept deposit and payment by: Credit card. We will refund within: 7 days back to the credit card that was used for the booking.

SUMMARY OF EXTRA FEES:

EXCESSIVE CLEANING $50.00 LOST KEY $50.00. DAMAGES TO PROPERTY ARE AT COST
Absolutely no smoking inside the studio cabins or inside the cottage – a fee of $200 will be charged to cover the associated cleaning costs.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of COVID-19 related travel restrictions (eg regional lockdowns), the guest will be able to cancel any time up to and including the day of travel and receive either a full refund or a credit for the nights paid for; the guest can request either option.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days, and credits for unused nights may be redeemed up to 12 months in the future.
